I was in the bookstore before the holidays and almost picked up a book - the title was something like, The Best Camera is the One You Have With You...and the entire book was photos taken from phone cameras, throwaway cameras, and the like. It goes to show, given the opportunity, the right lighting, and a good eye, it's more about the human than the machine. I picked up the Ansel Adams in Color book instead....but I won't forget the first one. What a great idea.
