interesting slovak street art

As I stroll around the streets of Kosice, I kept running into this little tag of a boat, with an accompanying line if text. I have no idea what it is, or what it says… but you can barely walk down a side alley or backstreet without seeing it.

I need to have one of my pals translate and explain this to me. Slovakia’s own Banksy.
