I will take special before and after pictures for you.

The theory is to get the metabolism cranking… and you do that by feeding it. So I am cutting out the junk… but also eating good food. Lots of grains, lots of lean meat, and as much from the garden I can get down. Since you, Zane and I all have that Bechthold Body type… I am sure whatever my nutritionist tells me will apply.

Here is my setup – one IPhone, one IPad, Nozbe for tasks, Which integrates Evernote and Dropbox, and one Moleskine notebook! Duplication of devices is a killer; I keep trying to reduce the number of devices and methods… for what its worth.

Yea, this is right in my backyard… but my yard is the highest on the river so I am not too worried… the bridge would go before my house does.
